FEP film, PFA (nFEP) film, and ACF film are all transparent sheets that allow UV light to pass through, facilitating the easy curing of resin. These films are attached to the resin vat, serving as the surface for printing the resin 3D model. Depending on the frequency of usage, all three films may need to be replaced periodically.
What’s the Difference Between the Three?
The ACF (Advanced Composite Film) is a newly introduced resin printing film that surpasses the previous PFA (nFEP) and FEP options. With a smoother surface and reduced suction force, the ACF film offers superior performance, resulting in a higher success rate for resin printing, particularly with fast-curing resins.

2. Many issues may occur when using a defective FEP film, but most issues can be resolved by adjusting your settings. Make sure you’ve checked our Official Resin Profile.
