1. Removing the Old Mainboard
Power down and Prepare
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord
- Loosen the 12 screws, then remove the front case
Removing the old mainboard
- Disconnect all cables/ connectors that are linked to the mainboard
- Loosen the three screws on the corners of the old mainboard
- Remove the old mainboard
2. Installing the New Mainboard
- Place the new mainboard in its place
- Secure the new mainboard by tightening the three corner screws
- Reconnect all the cables to the new mainboard
- Reinstall the front case by tightening the 12 screws
- Check if the new mainboard works normally
