Connecting via Ethernet Connection

Phrozen offers a wide variety of connectivity for resin 3D printers. This includes USB Connection, Ethernet Connection, or WiFi Connection. 

An ethernet connection, or LAN Connection, transmits data over a cable. It generally works faster than a WiFi connection and provides a more stable connection. Please follow the steps below to connect to your 3D printer via ethernet:

For Shuffle Series / Transform Series / Sonic / Sonic XL 4K

• Connect your ethernet cable from your router to your 3D printer.
• Turn on your resin 3D printer.
• View the IP address on your 3D printer’s touch panel.
• Connect your computer to the router that your 3D printer is connected to. 
• Enter the IP address in your computer’s web browser (We recommend using Google Chrome).
• Phrozen OS interface should appear.
• You’ve successfully connected your 3D printer via ethernet.

For Sonic 4K / Sonic Mega 8K

• Plug your USB into your resin 3D printer.
• Connect your ethernet cable from your router to your 3D printer.
• Turn on your LCD 3D printer.
• Click TOOLS, then click NETWORK on the touch panel.
• Please check to see if your printer’s WiFi IP address matches your computer’s IP address.
• If it does, then you’ve successfully connected your 3D printer via ethernet.
