Check the tracking information:
Look up the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier and check its status. Verify the delivery date and time, as well as the delivery address. Sometimes, the package may have been delivered to the wrong address or left at a different entrance.
Check with neighbors and family members:
Ask around if anyone has received the package on your behalf or if they have seen it lying around. Packages can sometimes be delivered to the wrong address or taken in by a neighbor.
Check all possible locations:
Look around your property, including your porch, mailbox, and any other safe delivery areas. Deliveries can sometimes be left in unexpected places, especially if the driver is trying to hide the package from plain sight.
Contact the shipping carrier:
If you haven't found your package after checking all possible locations, contact the shipping carrier and provide them with your tracking number. They may be able to assist you in locating the package or initiate a search for it.
Contact the seller:
If the shipping carrier is unable to locate the package, contact the seller and inform them about the missing package. They may be able to offer you a refund or send a replacement package.
