Before reaching out for external support when encountering an issue with the fan of your Cure Station, it's worthwhile to perform some troubleshooting steps. This guide offers straightforward instructions to help you check the fan cable connection of your Cure Station.

1. Checking the Fan Cable

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device
• Unplug the power cord from the device
• Use the H2.5 hex key to loosen 9 screws and remove the bottom case

• Remove and keep the bottom case aside

Reconnecting the fan cable and check functionality

• Check if the fan cable and their corresponding ports are damaged
• Reconnect the fan cable

• Reinstall the bottom case
• Plug in the power cord and turn on the device
• Initiate a “Fan” session to check if the unit is working correctly
