Before reaching out for external support when encountering motor issues with your Wash Station, it's worthwhile to perform some troubleshooting steps. This guide offers straightforward instructions to help you inspect the motor connection of your Wash Station.

1. Checking the Motor Cable

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device
• Unplug the power cord from the device
• Use the H2.5 hex key to loosen 7 screws and remove the bottom case

• Remove and keep the bottom case aside

Reconnect the motor cable and verify the motor functionality

• Inspect and reconnect both ends of the motor cable

• Reinstall the bottom case
• Plug in the power cord and turn on the device
• Run the device and check if it works properly
