Before reaching out for external support when encountering an issue with the motor of your Cure Station, it's worthwhile to perform some troubleshooting steps. This guide offers straightforward instructions to help you check the motor cable connection of your Cure Station.

1. Checking the Motor Cable

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device
• Unplug the power cord from the device
• Use the H2.5 hex key to loosen 9 screws and remove the bottom case

• Remove and keep the bottom case aside

Reconnecting the motor cable and check functionality

• Check if the motor cable or the port is damaged
• Reseating the motor cable

• Reinstall the bottom case
• Plug in the power cord and turn on the device
• Run the device and check if it works properly
