1. Checking the UV Light Cables
Power down and prepare
- Switch off the device
- Unplug the power cord from the device
- Use the H2.5 hex key to loosen 9 screws and remove the bottom case
- Remove and keep the bottom case aside
Reconnecting the UV light cable and check functionality
- Check if the cable and their corresponding ports are damaged
- Reseating the UV light cable
- Reinstall the bottom case
- Plug in the power cord and turn on the device
- Initiate a “Cure” session to check if the unit is working correctly
