Before reaching out for external support when encountering an issue with the UV light of your Cure Station, it's worthwhile to perform some troubleshooting steps. This guide offers straightforward instructions to help you check the UV light cable connection of your Cure Station.

1. Checking the UV Light Cables

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device
• Unplug the power cord from the device
• Use the H2.5 hex key to loosen 9 screws and remove the bottom case

• Remove and keep the bottom case aside

Reconnecting the UV light cable and check functionality

• Check if the cable and their corresponding ports are damaged
• Reseating the UV light cable

• Reinstall the bottom case
• Plug in the power cord and turn on the device
• Initiate a “Cure” session to check if the unit is working correctly
