1. Checking the Sensor Cable
Power down and prepare
- Switch off the device
- Unplug the power cord from the device
- Use the H2.5 hex key to loosen 9 screws and remove the bottom case
- Remove and keep the bottom case aside
Reconnecting the sensor cable and check functionality
- Check if the sensor cable or the port is damaged
- Reseating the sensor cable
- Reinstall the bottom case
- Plug in the power cord and turn on the device
- Run the device and check if it works properly
