During the printing process, failures may occur for various reasons. When contacting support, our team may need log files for analysis. Here’s how to export the Log file:
Export Steps
- Insert a USB drive into the machine.
- Tap the left-side menu and go to Machine Info.
- Click the Error Log button.
- If no USB is inserted, a warning message will appear.
- Copy the Log file from the USB to your computer for review.
