[Wash & Cure Station] Wash Station: Replacing the Mainboard

When the mainboard of your Wash Station malfunctions, replacing it is crucial to restore full functionality. In this article, we’ll walk you through a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to replace the mainboard, ensuring that your device operates smoothly and efficiently once again.

1. Removing the Old Mainboard

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device.
• Unplug the power cord from the device.
• Use the H2.5 hex key to loosen 7 screws and remove the bottom case.

• Remove and keep the bottom case aside.

Removing the old mainboard

• Disconnect the motor cable and the power cable from the old mainboard.

• Loosen the 4 screws on the mainboard.
• Remove the old mainboard from the wash station.

2. Installing the New Mainboard

Installing the new mainboard

• Place the new mainboard in its designated position.
• Tighten the 4 screws to secure the new mainboard. 
• Connect the motor cable and the power cable to the new mainboard.
• Tighten the 7 screws and install the bottom case. 

Verifying the new mainboard’s functionality

• Plug in the power cord and turn on the wash station.
• Check if the new mainboard works normally.
