[Wash & Cure Station] Cure Station: Replacing Sensor

If the sensor of your Cure Station stops functioning, replacing it becomes essential to ensure the continued efficiency of your equipment. In this article, we'll provide you with a comprehensive, step-by-step guide on how to safely and effectively replace this component.

1. Removing the Old Sensor

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device.
• Unplug the power cord from the device.
• Remove the orange UV cover from the Cure Station.

Removing the old sensor

• Remove the 4 screws placed at the back of the Z tower.
• Remove the 2 screws that secure the old sensor in place.
• Turn the device over and loosen the 9 screws on the bottom case.

• Remove and keep the bottom case aside.

Removing the old sensor

• Disconnect the old sensor from the mainboard and remove the old sensor cable.

2. Installing the New Sensor

Installing the new sensor

• Insert the new sensor cable into the Cure Station.
• Plug the new sensor into its designated port on the mainboard.
• Place the new sensor onto the Z tower.
• Screw back the base at the back of the Z tower.

Verify the new sensor’s functionality

• Plug in the power cord and switch on the Cure Station.
• Check if the device works normally.
