[Wash Mega S] Replacing the Switchboard

This article will guide you through necessary steps to install a new Switchboard for your Wash Mega S.

1. Removing the Old Switchboard

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device
• Unplug the power cord from the device
• Use an Allen Wrench (size 2.5) to loosen the 20 screws on the bottom case
• Remove and keep the bottom case aside

Remove the old Switchboard

• Use a slotted screwdriver to disconnect the power wires on the green switchboard

• Use a wrench to loosen the 2 screws on the black Power Supply Board, then remove it

2. Installing the New Switchboard

Install the new Switchboard

• Putting the new Switchboard in its place
• Tighten the 2 screws to secure the new Switchboard
• Reconnect the power wires

Reassemble the bottom case and verify functionality 

• Use an Allen Wrench (size 2.5) to tighten the 20 screws on the bottom case
• Plug in the power cord and switch on the device
• Check if the device works normally
