[Wash Mega S] Replacing the Motor

This article will guide you through necessary steps to install a new Motor for your Wash Mega S.

1. Removing the Old Motor

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device
• Unplug the power cord from the device
• Use an Allen Wrench (size 2.5) to loosen the 20 screws on the bottom case
• Remove and keep the bottom case aside

Remove the old Motor

• Disconnect the cable(s) connecting the faulty motor(s) (see the below pic)

• Loosen the 4 or 8 hex pillar screws based on which motor needs to be replaced
• Remove the faulty motor from the device

2. Installing the New Motor

Install the new Motor(s)

• Put the new Motor(s) in its/their designated position
• Tighten the 4 or 8 hex pillar screws to secure the motor(s)
• Connect the cable(s) to the new motor(s)

Reassemble the bottom case and verify functionality 

• Use an Allen Wrench (size 2.5) to tighten the 20 screws on the bottom case
• Plug in the power cord and switch on the device
• Check if the device works normally
