[Wash Mega S] Replacing the Mainboard

This article will guide you through necessary steps to replace the Mainboard of your Wash Mega S.

1. Removing the Old Mainboard

Power down and prepare

• Switch off the device
• Unplug the power cord from the device
• Use an Allen Wrench (size 2.5) to loosen the 20 screws on the bottom case
• Remove and keep the bottom case aside

Remove the old Mainboard

• Unplug the two motor cables from the old mainboard

• Use a slotted screwdriver to disconnect the power and fan wires on the mainboard
• Loosen 2 screws and remove the fan
• Loosen the 4 screws on the old mainboard, then remove it

2. Installing the New Mainboard

Installing the new mainboard

• Put the new mainboard in its designated place 
• Tighten the 4 screws to secure the mainboard

Reassemble the device and verify functionality

• Tighten the 2 screw to reinstall the fan
• Reconnect the all the wires and cables to the new mainboard
• Use an Allen Wrench (size 2.5) to tighten the 20 screws on the bottom case
• Plug in the power cord and switch on the device
• Check if the device works normally
