[Cure Mega S] Checking the UV Light

Is there an issue with the UV light of your Cure Mega S? Before seeking external assistance or deciding to replace any spare parts, you can make an attempt at checking the LED. This article will guide you through simple steps to verify the UV light connections.

1. Checking the UV Light Connections

Power down and Prepare

• Turn off the curing unit and unplug the power cord
• Gently lay down the unit
• Use an Allen Wrench (size 2.5) to loosen the 10 screws and open the bottom case

Reconnect the UV light cables

• Reseat the cables connecting to the Upper UV Light and the mainboard

• Reseat the cables connecting to the Side UV Light and the mainboard

• Reseat the cables connecting to the Lower UV Light and the mainboard

Reassemble the device and Verify the UV light functionality

• Tighten the 10 screws to reinstall the bottom case
• Insert the power cord and power on the curing unit
• Close the door of the curing unit
• Check if the curing unit can work normally
