After an order has been placed and payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email from Phrozen, after which we will begin to prepare your order for shipment.
Typically, a product lead time is needed to prepare your order. Please note that each product has different lead times. Information regarding lead time is written under the Shipping & Tariff tab on each product page.
After your order has been dispatched, FedEx will give us a tracking number which we will then provide to you via email so that you can easily track your order.
If you have any special requests for your order, please contact us via the info issue form before your order has been dispatched.
What is Lead Time and Why is it Important?
Product lead time refers to the length of time required to prepare your order. This depends on the product(s) that have been purchased. Information regarding lead time is written under the Shipping & Tariff tab on each product page.
For multiple product orders, please note that lead time will be based on the product with the longest lead time, as all items will be shipped out in a single shipment. If urgent, we recommend you place your orders separately.
The total delivery time consists of product lead time and product shipping time.
